What’s a Dream Crystal?
One crystal pays for one scan of one prompt. The daily scan covers ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Copilot and Google AI Overview are scanned every Monday on Full auto, or when you run a scan yourself; each of those scans also uses one crystal. If a workspace has 5 active prompts, each day burns 5 crystals from its balance.
Do they expire?
Crystals expire 12 months from the date of purchase. We consume them oldest-first (FIFO), so newer purchases stick around as the older ones run out.
Can I get a refund?
Unused crystals are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded prorated. Email support@dreamforgeworld.com.
Can I have multiple workspaces?
Yes — each workspace has its own crystal balance and prompt cap. Crystals don’t transfer between workspaces.
